Google Docs is introducing a beta feature that allows users to export client-side encrypted documents to Microsoft Word (.docx) files. This allows users to maintain control over their encryption keys to prevent unauthorized access from third parties, including Google, while still having the flexibility to convert files. The feature is available to Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, Education Standard, and Education Plus customers who are accepted into the beta.

View invited meeting participants and their RSVP status on Google Meet hardware devices.

Users can now see participants who were invited to a meeting but have not yet joined directly on Google Meet hardware devices under the 'Also invited' heading. This includes the ability to see the RSVP status of all invitees, including optional attendees, allowing for more efficient meeting starts. Guest lists are hidden for events with more than 50 guests, and participants invited via groups are not displayed.
