Gmail users can now create custom themes using their own images.
In addition to the default HD themes already included in Gmail, users now have the ability to create their own custom themes by uploading images directly, selecting from their Google+ photos, or pasting an image URL.

Domain admins can now search Gmail logs in the administrator control panel.
Google has introduced a Gmail log search feature in the administrator control panel, allowing domain admins to track inbound and outbound messages, identify messages marked as spam, and determine which users sent or received specific messages.
