Offline Gmail is now available as an experimental feature in Gmail Labs.
Google has introduced Offline Gmail as an optional, experimental feature within Gmail Labs for users of Standard, Premier, and Education Editions in US and UK English. Premier Edition administrators must first enable Gmail Labs for their domain via the administrative control panel before users can activate the feature from the 'Labs' tab in 'Settings'.
