Gmail for mobile adds multi-account support, offline composition, and 40 interface languages.
Users of J2ME-supported and BlackBerry phones can now check email across multiple accounts, including both Gmail and Google Apps. New features include the ability to compose messages without a signal, background sending of emails, undoing recent actions, and the use of shortcut keys. Additionally, the interface is now available in 40 different languages.

Improved contact manager features in Gmail with 'Suggested Contacts' and 'My Contacts' separation.
Gmail now automatically adds people you correspond with to 'Suggested Contacts', while allowing users to manually move frequent contacts to 'My Contacts'. The address auto-complete feature works across both categories. To optimize mobile device syncing, Gmail is moving previously auto-added contacts from 'My Contacts' back into 'Suggested Contacts', ensuring only manually added, edited, imported, or grouped contacts are synced.
